Clients self-reflect to identify repetitive life-skills patterns resulting from compulsive personality reactions. They complete workbook assessments to explore the positive and negative processes of thinking, feeling, and acting prompted by their primary personality orientation. They can then move from subconscious personality-based reactions to conscious control.
Clients create meaning through the stories they tell and write about. They complete activities and exercises to discover hidden repetitive, automatic, unconscious, and/or habitual thinking, feeling, and acting personality reactions. They learn about their primary personality orientations, and begin to practice new ways to access personality plasticity.
Clients rewire their brains and reshape their personalities through intentional Life Skills IQ Training. They engage in intentional life skills training by completing journaling activities, addressing skills gaps aligned with their primary personality orientation, and learning new skills to continuously reshape their brain's neural pathways and change their personality traits.
Clients expand their brain's cortical maps by implementing life skills, practicing, and forming habits. Clients begin to physically expand the cortical space dedicated to skills-based learning. They learn effective skills, practice applying skills in real-world situations, and form positive habits. The workbooks have activities for practicing new skills and creating new habits.
